Guarantee policy

If there’s something wrong with the goods, please do not worry. If the goods meet the guarantee policy, you can apply for it.

Each product has its post-service strategy (as specified in the warranty card). When the goods you purchased by AETERNARA encounter quality problems after use, as long as they are still within the warranty period, and you have the original purchasing receipts and the quality assurance cards.

When the product needs repair, you should send the product photos, shopping proof and warranty cards to [email protected].

AETERNARA provides the guarantee policy without any extra charges except for the transportation fees.
